Plan Your Luggage
Linzi shares her top tips for making sure you keep up with your medication, and any treatment you need while you're away from home.

Make sure you remember the restrictions for any liquids. If you're taking them on board you'll have to pour liquids into travel containers that are smaller than 100 ml.
Anything bigger will have to go in the luggage hold, so you'll need to make sure you have luggage to allow you to take anything over 100 ml.
Plan Your Sun Protection
Always make sure you have your sunscreen and that you find suitable shade — especially in the middle of the day, when the sun is at its highest and its hottest. A little bit of sunshine is good for psoriasis, but a sunburn can bring on a flare.
Plan in Advance
Ensure you leave enough time to order any prescriptions, collect and pack them, and make sure you get enough of everything you need.
Think of your daily routine from the time you get up to the time you go to bed. Think about what you need in the shower, for being comfortable throughout the day, what medication you use, and any sort of beauty product you might need. Make a list of things you need and how often you use them each day. That will give you a good indication of how much to take with you, and maybe things that aren't as important.
